Return policy


You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return the product(s) you bought on free* of charge. 


Three easy steps

1. Pack all product(s)** that you wish to return in a small box (or in the box you received). 

2. Deliver the box to your closest post office.

3. We send you an email once the box has been received at our warehouse. You will receive a second email confirming your refund (including shipping cost) once it has been processed.

* Valid for all products sent trough regular mail service.

**The products must be in its original packaging and in the same condition in which you received them. Any product that is returned without the promotional item(s) included with the original transaction (gift with purchase) will have the initial value of the promotional item deducted from the refund amount.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There is no shipping costs for returning your item (within 14 days from date of delivery). Shipping costs are always free when you purchase a watch.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
